I’m Stuart, founder of ApproCo.

For me, consulting isn’t just about what is delivered - it’s about understanding why it matters, and being deliberate about how we get there. I believe the best outcomes come from cutting through noise, clarifying the real problem to solve, and then working side by side to make progress in a practical, people-first way.

My background spans hospital operations, health projects, and executive leadership, including serving as Chief Operating Officer. Those years taught me that clarity, purpose, and relationships aren’t “nice to haves” - they’re what drive meaningful and lasting results.

Outside of work, I’m privileged to volunteer with Lifeline. The role is a constant reminder of the importance of connection - in our communities and in our workplaces. It allows me to put my belief in the power of empathy and connection into practice in a meaningful way. Those qualities shape not only who I am, but how I work alongside organisations.

At its core, my work is about combining authenticity, pragmatism, and relationships to create purposeful outcomes.
